Use of HF Litz cables
Litz Cables are used for all electrical coils requiring a low level of losses when alternating currents go through them.
The range of frequencies for which HF Litz Cables can be necessary is very large: from a few hundred Hertz (Induction Heating Transformers) to many Mega-Hertz (Pulse Transformers).
